Can my laptop handle this?

Well, if you don`t like unawared advertising don`t read this, but to get your help i need to be clear and direct: I have a normal laptop sony vaio, that is useful in many ways, but i don't know if it can handle AA. Could you help me, guys?

    Thanks, it has been really useful your answer. Luckily my laptop is ready to manage AA without much trouble, on low resolution.
