Life is Strange--coming to Xbox 360, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, and PC--will be released digitally using an episodic model. Every new chapter will build and evolve on the choices you made in the past episode, Square Enix says.

As for the game's story, Life is Strange stars a college-aged woman named Max Caulfield who returns home to discover that a fellow classmate has "disappeared under mysterious and rather uncomfortable circumstances." In her effort to find the truth, Max syncs up with an old friend named Chloe. Max discovers at this point that she has the ability to rewind time.

According to Square Enix, every single texture in Life is Strange was hand-drawn. In addition, every action you take will kick off the butterfly effect, an idea that posits that even the smallest of changes can have dramatic and significant differences later on. But of course, Max can turn back time. Square Enix teases, "With the power to rewind time, what would you change? And would it turn out to be a change for the better or worse?

Sounds very interesting, I'm tempted to try it when avalaible; the idea of time travel is very attractive to me.

Sounds like a cool concept... but then again so did Mindjack, and look what a horrible pile of misery that game was. Still, Squeenix has definitely been making an effort to improve over the last couple years, so perhaps it'll be worth checking out.

They take a few steps forward and then took a few steps backwards by making the next tomb raider xbox one exclusive.  I was looking forward to playing it on max graphics on PC like I did with the first one.  Im sure they got a lot of money out of it from MS but its just a slap to tomb raider fans on multiple platforms.

But then again MS had everyone thinking Dead Rising 3 was exclusive too.

I don't think they mean it to be a permanent exclusive, just a timed one. I'm 95% positive it'll be released on other platforms after the 2015 holiday season. Sales of the first were less than expected (but not bad by any means), so making it a permanent exclusive on the Xbone makes very little sense. I do agree that it is a slap in the face to TR fans, especially when you consider that the franchise got its start on PC. In fact, IIRC it was the first game I ever preordered.

If it is a permanent exclusive though, I'll be pissed. I absolutely loved the reboot, and consider it to be the best TR game since Anniversary. Making the exclusivity permanent will not only ensure that I never purchase an Xbone and actively discourage others from doing so, but that I'll never pay money for a Microsoft product again if I can help it.

I made that post before they revealed its only timed exclusive, but timed exclusive is still stupid though.

This games story reminds me of the movie butterfly effect, about a college student that can change the events of time.
