Huh? The single AH multiplies the amount of goods on the market by an order of magnitude.
Thus the arbitrager has to buy up a lot more goods to corner the market (and don't forget the 10% AH markup!)
The amount of goods is the same regardless if there is one or ten AHs. Any increase in quantity is easily bypassed by just increasing the cooperation of players. Having 1 AH just makes it much easier to manipulate the system.
D3 should be simple enough proof that having a single large AH does absolutely nothing to help a game, and the counter point is EVE for proof that multiple AHs is a viable solution.
