World of Warcraft: Warlords of Draenor To Release November 13th

Today's World of Warcraft: Warlords of Draenor opening cinematic event featured the news that the expansion will officially be released on November 13th. You can check the stream log below to find out more about WoD's features, as well as get a look at the opening cinematic.

The first part of the cinematic will also be released as the event kicks off on the World of Warcraft YouTube channel.

    Blizzard cinematic yay. i didn't like the latest ones though...

    my top MMOs: UO,DAOC,WoW,GW2

    What's the date going to be? November 11th? 11-11-14 there it is odds makers? Wiseguys? What do you think?

    If history applies, it'll be on or around October 14th. Blizzard has announced the release date two months before.

    many are saying as close as the end of September but I would guess October.  Before blizzcon for sure.

    The only way WoD will be before Blizzcon is if it releases early enough as to not interfere with the world first progression raiding scene.  Blizzard is very mindful of this subset of the raiding population.

    Ill go on record for Oct 14/15 - Dont forget WoD been in beta for quite some time and raid testing going on for over a month now.  raid testing typically being the last phase.  2 months from now is a good bet.

    I still think a release date of Nov 25 Would be COOL .. Released on the day of the 10th Anniversary, use the month prior for build up and year 10 events and then Nov 25.. Boom...  Expansion

    I'm betting after Blizzcon and before the actual 10th anniversary. They need to give progression guilds time to get finished and to release the "bridging" patch that will begin introducing the move to Warlords.

    SoO has been out for a year now, progression guilds have been finished for months already.

    you know what would be cool as a 10 year gift, 5 free days to any one who has previously subbed, even if it was 9 years ago with options free boost to 90.  watch the servers melt.

    WoD looks disappointing and I'm not interested in playing it. But Blizzard never let's me down with their cinematics.

    1 hour tick tock, about to leave work should get home right as it starts.  I hope it s a 20min long epic but I feel its will be 2 or 3 mins tops. =(

    they should just make a movie witht heir cinematics- and call it a day. no live action imo.

    alll this hype dosent even reflect what the game really looks like, i prefer a game that shows actuall cinematic footage from a game.

    this formula is for suckers.lotta suckers out there.

    Cinema was great.

    The show was boring. I kept watching waiting for the video. Felt like it took forever to get to!

    I don't care what those people have to say! And I'm pretty sure that Mike fellow is a Gnome somehow.
