    Download PWE's Arc client, log into your PWE account through it, then in the top left of the program, click the Arc logo, and select redeem key.

    Beats me. I think it's the only way to redeem the key though. Unless you can do it through the PWE/Arc website (which I don't think you can, at least I couldn't find anything). You could just download, redeem your key, then uninstall I suppose. Kind of annoying still, IMHO. But whatever, they want people to (try to) use their client.

     

    Instructions only say to use Arc:

    Redemption instructions:

    Click on the Arc logo at the top left of Arc and select redeem key.

    because it takes so much time to install, redeem, uninstall.

     

    Then again it is much quicker to just buy a xp boost in-game.

    The rank 4 enchantments are a nice little freebie.

    If this stuff came from a box I bought with Zen I wouldn't be too amused.  But hey, free is free.  If you play the game and like it, why not grab a key?  I don't have issues with Arc, but then I have solid state drives and plenty of memory.

    I can't install ARC, guess my AVAST won't let me, even turned it off. But then, I don't play games on Administrator, so I did use my password to allow the ARC install. But still couldn't install.

    exactly how are you supposed to redeem a key? 

    When I click on the arc symbol and choose, "Redeem a Key"  it gives me a space to enter a key. 

    There was no detail on if i have a key or not, just asks for the key, and gives me a few examples of how the key should look.

    Am I supposed to wait for it to be emailed to me?

    nevermind, after navigating the pages a bit, the pages i've been to had a slight change of a clickable claim button at bottom.

    not exactly straight forward, but i finally got it.

    You don't necro a year old post.. that's how you (don't) get a key.
