For people who are stuck on the Archeage splash screen after hack shield

go to windows defender under settings

in Excluded files and locations: Add the Glyph folder

In Excluded Processes : add archeage.exe

And always open glyph.exe as Administrator

This has been working 100% every time for me, now im finally enjoying the game.

    You're still using Windows Defender? I shut that down two years ago because my antimalware and antivirus software was already providing the same protection.

    To each 'is own I guess.

    I've got a feevah, and the only prescription... is more cowbell.
