So NO pvp in This Game Right???

in Vanguard: Saga of Heroes

I thought there was non but I saw that picture on the interview of a seige weapon with the skells so I just thought I would ask.  Checked there site but didnt see it any place.

    Perhaps a PvP server or consentual dueling but no PvP in the sense of DAOC or EVE.

    Vanguard will have pvp servers, but primarily will be a pve game, it will have more pvp than EQ, but less than DAoC, EVE, WoW...

    PvP will be limited to PvP servers, however Im sure there will be some pvp on pve servers but duals and arenas only image

    Will they have pvp servers to start off or will those come later on?

    Why or what do they have the picture of the siege weapon for then?  They use siege weapons to kill mobs in this game?????

    Vanguard is set in a fantasy world where wars take place. Siege weapons are used in war. Do you really need it spelling out for you?

    The plan is to have it implemented at release.

    Ah, man! This is one of the games recomended to me from friends. I can't believe there is no PVP...How will a MMORPG in the upcoming climate of new releases survive without it? Unless the AI is unbelievably complex and more engrossing than just grinding, it seems like it will get boring without the PVP option.

    Since the game is still in beta do you think there is still a chance PVP could/would be implemented?

    THey have pvp servers, calm down(although i'm not sure if they will be on at release, not sure why they wouldn't be though).  Their pvp servers have different rule sets as well, if you played eq there were several different pvp types:  by teams by race, teams by gods, free for all, level restrictions, etc  even different loot rules, you could loot other peoples gear on some servers.  They also implemented a permadeath server for fun. 

    So there will be both pve and pvp servers and even role playing ones.
