The same game ???

I have been playing a game called "Angel Alliance" by Kabam, and I have had a look at "League of Angels" by Youzu Interactive. Either I am imagining things or they are the same game, even the character names are the same. Has any else noticed this coincidence.

    Doubt they are the same, the HUD's look totally different to me.

    I have never played both of them. But my roommate has played them before. She was also puzzled.
