when i try to go in it asks me to type my username and password so i do but then something pops up and it says ur account is block plz check coustemor service i do but i cant figure it out someone help me plz!!!!!!!!!!!1

I had the same problem. Worst of all, this game has absolutely no customer service whatsoever. If your account gets blocked for no reason, even if you are a "premium" user you are most likely to get an automated response saying: "we did not understand your complain, please try again" and thats if. I filed a complaint with paypal and these people are so lame that they wont even answer to them, which worked in my favor since I got my money back. Play this game only for free, if you are ever tempted to buy anything, beware that for K2Networks customer are a worthless nuissance and if anything goes wrong, dont even think on counting on their customer service. Only play for free, never pay, save some xtra 15 bucks and play Guild Wars but dont give these people your hard earned dough, trust me, you will regret it.
