Anyone able to answer this?

in Knight Online

Kinda bored waiting for SoG to come back up, so I was looking through the free games to see what could pass the time... this game looked kinda fun, so I downloaded the client.

But the registration...is it broken or something?  Because I fill out to the registration form, click submit, and it sends me to this blank white page...and it never sends me an e-mail confirmation or password or anything.

And worse than that, is that it says I need an account with them before I can contact customer support.image

    try to use IE for registration ... no Firefox, Opera or browsers like that ...

    I've been trying to register as well and am running into the same problem. There doesn't seem to be any way to contact them about this problem either (btw. I've tried IE, Firefox on WIndows XP and Safari from a Mac). What gives?

    Exact same problem.

    I can't seem to register an account either. I installed the program, and tried registering, but i get to a page that doesn't load. I then went to knight-online.my and downloaded that client. And made an account on e-games.my and tried using the I.D with the game, but it said that there was no such I.D. I was desperate and went back to the global website, and looked at the FAQ and read that if i couldn't register, then you should download a newer version of microsoft internet. I downloaded it, but It won't let me run the setup because I keep getting an error message.

    ::::27::::::26:: Only Play this game for free, never give k2 Networks your hard earned cash. The most likely thing is that they will keep your money and fail to give you everything they promised. If all goes wrong don't be afraid to file a complaint with paypal, I did and it and it worked fine (In part due to the fact that their customer service is so lame that they never even bothered to reply to paypal's inquiry, which meant that I won by default). If you are ever tempted to buy their "premium" service, save some xtra 15 bucks and buy any other game, be mindfull that customer service is nonexistent in this game and if they ever reply it is most likely an automated message. Besides that, the game es laggy, if you dont have premium service you'll have a hard trouble loggin, the game crashes, you are always getting disconected and they are always deleteing your hard earned items, even if they have survided all of the previews 5 wipes that they do. Remember that you cannot complain either so whatever they do to you, that's it, you're done for. The game is constantly being hacked so they have released 116 patches since its initial release and every 2 days a new bug will show up. Looks like they are running the servers using Celeron Computers with Windows 95. The only positive side is that if you are Turkish, this game is for you, in fact. I would rename it Turkish Online, most players and clans are from there, but you will have to learn the language. Buff yok, baba, Saol::::40::

    This has nothing to do with their question ashmira, this is just a Copy and Paste from your own thread.

    Knight Online probably is going through problems, AGAIN. You might need to make sure you downloaded the correct client. It should be called Knight Online V126_4, or something along those lines, from the Google link anyway.

    If you've got that, I think you can register all your details by going to www.knightonlineworld.com, if you don't want to give them your real address or other details just make up fake ones, lol.
