HEEEELP!!! Any good OFFLINE LAN RPGs?

So here's the scenario yo. Lost internet for a while. No MMO's. Sad day. Anyways. Me and my wife each have a PC and were looking for any MMORPG-like LAN able solution. We do prefer a full 3d gameplay but can deal with fixed screen backgrounds like League of Legends. Just me in one room on one PC and her in another playing anything together that can be decent and fun like WoW, Tera, Rift, or LoL, Neverwinter Nights. Co ops are nice but we each like having our own screen. And good links and suggestions would be much appreciated.

Getting too old for this $&17!

I don't think they even make Lan game's anymore?! and no Lan Support for Win 7+ either I believe... Only thing off top of my head is Diablo. Maybe Diablo 2? Dungeon Siege 2 is Lan playable not sure about original. Hopefully those help

Hi bro, have you tried Half Life? You may also try Final fantasy VIII using emulator.

If the net is unusable for longer time, a portable modem that connects to 3G mobile network + one month connection cost around 50€ in store. It's a good solution for net breaks that are expected to last longer.

I don't live in USA so this advice may be completely useless for you.

If you can find copies of it, Wizards and Warriors might be worth a try.

There isn't a "right" or "wrong" way to play, if you want to use a screwdriver to put nails into wood, have at it, simply don't complain when the guy next to you with the hammer is doing it much better and easier. - Allein

I think hamachi or some derivative for it will work (some create virtual lan connections based on old code) on older games for lan connections with windows 7+(also dosbox). I still play a lot of muds. Tradewars 2002 v3 gold is a good game to play via lan and works on windows 8.1. Great LAN/Internet game if that's your cup of tea.
