    Registered my account so at least I have something possibly interesting to look forward to!

    I remember seeing some info about the game in a developer video quite a few months back and it looked very good.  Mind you, developer videos have to be taken with a pinch of salt.

    I guess I would need a passphrase too then.

     

    also , just noticed the count down on the main page , so I figured I would just wait till it was over . When I reached 0 it started to go back up?!?

    A space-based MMO where you can "explore the universe" ? Good thing to see Piranha starting a new trend here. Maybe it will even catch-on and spawn a whole crowd of clones ?

    Might be nice, but I suspect that their timing for launching this Kickstarter is piss poor.

    Star Citizen and its clones are all NPC driven, Transuniverse doesn't have any since everything is player run

    both interesting concepts but Transuniverse certainly offers more freedom if nothing is scripted

    If it's made by Piranha, I'd keep my expectations very low. Brace for extreme development delays, disaster decisions by the devs, and cutting out features completely but masking it as "delay" - get ready to be milked by the company until you realize that you have been just scammed so badly there's actual physical pain in your ass.

    Not to mention that the whole site/layout/fonts/style and even the signup part is extremely CCP like.

    Talk about can't create ones own feel..

    in theory it is awesome game but what they have to make in next years , lets wait

    They should looking for seriously investors  not bag money from players,we all know what is next after they get million  ; stretch goals , KS   for more dollars ... etc

    I wish good luck  but not going spend my money ,not yet

    No, I am talking more about Kickstarter sci-fi burn out.

     

    I wish them well if they can pull the funding off though.

     

    Personally, I only KS start ups. To my mind any company with product already out there should be able to self fund if there is a demand for what they are doing. I am a fan of slow build up when it comes to business.
