I heard its 3-4 players per area. Is this really true and is this really a MMO?

    Where did you see this ? I was under the impression it was an open world sandbox mmo.

    It's open world, September Alpha 15/09 New Features Trailer, she talks about open world exploring.

    It is a true open world sandbox, there is no artificial restriction of players per area.

    the only restriction is the guild battles for territory which is 5v5 guild battles overland.

    Seriously...to everyone on this site....please!

    It's   "AN MMO" not "A MMO"

    I can't believe that over the many years we haven't learned this!!

    Regardless....Albion is as much of "an" "MMO" as anything on this site. Stop nitpicking when and where you want to.....

    English isn't my first language, but MMO stands for Massively Multiplayer Online right? Since it's M, shouldn't it a MMO?

    It's not as if the M is silent like in the case of University.

    "It depends on how it sounds. If the first letter of the acronym starts with a vowel sound, then yes, you would use "an". All of the letters below are consonants, but we pronounce them with an initial vowel sound...

    F = "ef"
    H = "aich"
    L = "el"
    M = "em"
    N = "en"
    R = "ar"
    S = "es"
    X = "ex"

    So we say "an MRI" "an X-ray" "an HP", etc. If the first letter starts with a consonant sound, we use "a" -- "a PDA", "a CT", etc.

    The quirkiest thing is acronyms that begin with the letter "U", which is a vowel but sounds like "yu", which begins with a consonant -- so we say "a UFO", not "an UFO".

    Confusing, eh? The only reason we have "a" and "an" in the first place is to make sounds flow more easily, so in any case, do what sounds the most natural."

    Ah I get it.. so we would use an MMO, but then switch to a Massively Multiplayer Online right?
