archeum founders hacked

so right now some guy is on my archeage acount, i was hacked 5 days ago,went throught the acount recovery system and sent in every bit of info i could but nothing from trion at all,this archeum pack cost me £109 of my hard earned cash and through no falt of my own i have no access to it and trion do nothing so it seems.anyone else had same thing happen and heard from trion?i would appreciate it if anyone could let me know.thanks.

    Did you happen to do the recovery on the same machine that you normally play on?

    Just thinking if your PC has keylogger that would be a reason they can hack you all over again.

    I know the chances of this are slim to none as no one ever gets keyloggers, but just thought I'd ask.

    And why you need Trion to get back your account?

    poster no.2 are you brainless?and thanks poster no.1for you suggestions i only have 1 pc so yeh i made a new trion acount as i cantt logon to my main due to it been hacked,i have contacted trion to start the recovery process of my main acount which has the archeum founders pack attached to it.but seems trion aint in no hurry to recover it for me.

    So let me get this straight:

     

    The topic thread title is "archeum founders hacked" in plural form, yet its just another thread about one guy being hacked? Serious clickbait u got going on there. Someone should edit that title out. 

     

    Perhaps posting on the official forums might be a better idea.
