Hi, as the title says, just wondering how many hours it is until this game launches, I am in a different timezone and have looked at multiple launch countdowns, but all of them appear to be different. So does anyone know how long from now, till the game is released?

Somebody, somewhere has better skills as you have, more experience as you have, is smarter than you, has more friends as you do and can stay online longer. Just pray he's not out to get you.
Death is nothing to us, since when we are, Death has not come, and when death has come, we are not.

Is that an official countdown ? It looks like it only counts to september 16 00:00 AM (GMT + 2), not a specific time. If you count 4 days from the official headstart time, it could be actually opening at 19:00 (GMT+2)...
(it says 10+ hours for me)
It must be wrong imo, for me is countdown to september 16th 00:00 (GMT + 0) either. I think servers will open at smae hours headstart, so its wrong.
It will be around 27:33h from now if im correct.
Meh, they didn't release a specific time?
QFT. Dont get your hopes up, theres no land left , which means you will not be able to craft, which closes the door the majority of players when it comes to building anything. And unless you buy some gold, the AH prices are too high to work with. I wont even go into the 2+ hour queue times and its just founders. The queue time with an even bigger workload will be ugly.
Also the ridiculously long queue for live chat to get a refund, woo wee, been over an hour now, and its barely moving.
Hmm i don't know, sure it sucks a bit, but as far as I'm concerned, the first week or so will be devoted to level up to 50 and get to know the game and my class (I only played a couple days of beta). After that I'll probably try to settle down, and I'll see at this point if it really is as impossible as people say. Also, even without a house you can still use town facilities and public farms, right ? I think slow and steady will win the race in the long term.
You would be no more behind the curve in AA, than you would be if you joined any of the other MMORPGs out in the market right now. As a matter of fact, if your prime worry about joining an MMORPG is being behind the curve, AA would be your best choice. There is no player in AA that will be more than 4 days ahead of you if you join tomorrow. By comparison, if you were to join any other MMORPG tomorrow you would be at the minimum months, and at the most a decade plus behind other players. This notion of ever being behind in an MMORPG is a non-starter. There will always be players who join games later than others. This does not necessarily mean you will be behind. Depending on personal ability, many of those players will, in fact, catch up and indeed pass those who joined before them.
Untrue. The people with land right now are making heap tons of cash, they will not let go of land cheaply. Theyll be able to do things you simply cannot do because you didnt get the appropriate land first to build a house, then a boat, then go trading with it etc etc
. The AH prices are simply unattainable unless you have a lot of money, which you would need land to get.
For me the counter is showing a little over 12 hours from now which would be midnight the start of the 16th east coast time. This is the normal start time for a lot of games I play so I would assume that is the right time.
So according to you, they win, game over?
The game is four days old and you have literally given up and proclaimed a four day old player the winner. I am sure they will love you for that but many of us won't be giving up as easily..
The game is only in headstart for now, not even offcial launch, didnt even have 4 days out. Ofc economy didnt normalize yet, some prices on AH dont make sense, it takes a little more then 3,5 days to normalize a economy in any game, AA is not exception in that.
Things didnt start well imo, but for those who like AA and want to play, just relax a bit, things will normalize soon. Meanwhile im sure theres alot to explore and play with guildies/friends.
