Who at Trion had the brilliant idea to have All the founders kicked off so that they would have to fill up the que right along with all the new players?
Why not leave all the founders online, then at 11 just reboot the login server so that atleast a large amount of the load is out of the way?
Trion is really shining with this launch process.

Yes, Trion first introduced the 2-level queue system when the early access servers opened. It had never been tested before in the beta's. It failed spectacularly.
Somehow the system randomly picked players and stuck them either in the "Patron" queue or in the "General" queue. The patrons that landed in the Patron queue enjoyed fast-track logins, whilst the patrons in the General queue were treated as F2P players. Nobody seems to know why this situation continued for 2 days. There wasn't a single player in Early Access that should NOT have been in the fast queue.
Now we know that the priority login actually works ! We just don't know if the paying players will all be put in that queue in the launch-day madness, lol
there is no madness just nothing a great void of no logins on forum or the game.....
the darkness has come are you ready for hours of it....seems to me ill just go back to playing teso later in the month
You can't reason someone out of a position they didn't reason themselves into.
Meh I was in, created two characters to save names entered with one and after the cutscene tried to speak with the first quest giver and the screen "froze".
Apparently I accepted the quest and was "able" to move and play but on my screen all I could see is the npc "cutscene" view with his animation frozen.
Now can't even login in gylph
True, that was a joke. Taking into consideration the high price of founders packs - that was a really costly joke.
And now it is even worse. Long queues everywhere.
