    They look to be communicating on their forums to me....

    So, it appears as though you are intentionally misleading everyone here or you are a sucker for hyperbole.  Either way, your statement is inaccurate.

    Use twitter to communicate important issues is like text messaging your boss telling him your going to late for work or you need some time off.  its just tacky and unprofessional.

    That is misinfo, they are using twitter because many players are still having issue to even load archeage main website and forums. well if people are dumb enough to use anti virus in this age then they deserve to get this kind of trouble playing online games.

    The reason they have trouble logging onto the forums is due to the massive amount of people logged in and posting due to the long ques.  I have been logged in to the forums posting on my alt account all day while waiting 9 hours in a que for chat support. During that time I was also tweeting with Scott Hartsman to deal with gold sellers that were posting on the same forums.

    Might also have something to do with the attacks they have been having around the launch of AA and not being able to post on their own forums thanks to the idiots who keep attacking them.

    People are still having trouble with En Masse's Website and Tera forums. Even if you submit a ticket, they dont care. If AA devs are communicating at all, its fricken miracle, afiak they dont give a shit either.
