    Well if you paid for a pack of any kind. You agreed to this by purchasing:

Provided on a commercially reasonable, “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties or conditions of any kind. Trion Worlds does not ensure continuous or error-free access, use, or availability of any game content, feature, gameplay, or server and may change, modify, disable, suspend, or remove any such content, feature, gameplay, or server at its sole discretion.

    That pretty much covers their ass in this situation, and you agreed to that by purchasing. So exactly how is that fraud? And if you are running as a free member, you really have no reason to complain at all.

        Trion is really trying to get a handle on this by adding servers and patching things up ,  Its good to see there game having success, But one thing i dont agree with at all is ANY Patron waiting in a Que when a F2P is in game , Either add Patron Servers only or boot a F2P player so Patron can log in

    1. because not all servers have 5 hour queues for patrons 

    2. Queue times vary greatly based upon TIME OF DAY - off peak hours some servers have no queues for patrons

    3. Nowhere does any online game company guarantee immediate access to a game 24/7 - period, which is the basis for your argument

    4. If this is so stressful to you -get a refund

     

     

    !. The smallest ques is 1800 most are over 2500-4500 so I am not wrong

    2. So being able to get in at 4am some how desolves then of responsibility? Do you actually think any of this through before posting?

    3. Legally though a consumer has a right of reasonable expectation when they buy a product or receiving a refund

    4. They don't give refunds, which is why it is fraud. Please try to keep up.

    Companies must assert their rights because failure to do so can be regarded as a waiver of such rights over time. However, clicking on an electronic assertion of such rights doesn't constitute on the meeting of the minds.

    I'd rather sit through 2000 or greater player queues and have a healthy population to play with when I finally get into the game then be forced to quit like I did with my beloved Asheron's Call when primetime population fell to less then 600 on my server or how my friends who started in Wildstar had to reroll to another server.

     

    Lower population numbers in a game that is supposed to be conflict centric and resource laden is a bitch to get into when a company opens up a half million servers to meet the initial demand.  I applaud Trion for having the balls, guts and intestinal fortitude to stick with heavy queues because it means the future of the game will not fail.

    Sandbox means open world, non-linear gaming PERIOD!

    Subscription Gaming, especially MMO gaming is a Cash grab bigger then the most P2W cash shop!

    Bring Back Exploration and lengthy progression times. RPG's have always been about the Journey not the destination!!!
