Trion has suspicious methods of charging. Other user experiences?

I purchased month of playing time for RIFT from Trion Worlds Glyph three years ago. I quit playing after a month but didnt realize that the monthly subscription was still on. The years gone by and the game itself became free, but they still charged me. No approval post for this new situation was never sent to my email. Trion continued to charge my credit card and in the beginning of this year my credit card expired, which is seen in Trions payment methods. Still the charging continued and I didnt notice that either. Now after three years I finally noticed odd transactions taking place in my bank account so I contacted to Trion. After 7 hours of waiting in a queue for live chat, GM answered. I realized that I did a mistake by not realizing the monthly charging, so I asked about why does they still charge, even though the game is nowadays f2p and from expired credit card. The GM would not tell me but instead they closed the conversation. Now If I want to contact them again on this matter I have to wait for another 7 hours.

Are there others with bad user experiences with Trion?

    What you are saying is that you failed to read the financial agreement with Trion that you agreed to that states the monthly subscription fee and the method of collection. That you stopped playing the game but did not cancel the financial agreement of payment. That your not reading this agreement is Trion's fault. And that your not looking at your personal financial records for three years is also Trion's fault.
