  I am pretty sure this is the same guys that were trying to make a Shining Force (old rpg game for Sega genesis) MMO.

   

  Unfortunately it was quashed by none other than Sega themselves who took exception to use of the name I suppose.    I remember playing both SF1 and 2.  Great games.   It could have been interesting as they had big plans for an up to date, sprite based MMO.
