They need to get rid of the blatant Pay 2 Win (sidegrade) for founders. Putting weapons behind paywall and not making them acquirable ingame is big NO NO.

Imagine Planetside 2 where you cant spawn Harraser or Lightning while other players can. Either make Skin only or let players obtain those items by playing the game like PS2 does with certs.

Also note this game is B2P not F2P like PS2.

Everything else about this game sounds and looks great so far. Devs rly got things right except that pricing model. And it will be sad if it stays so, would hate to see such a promising game destroyed by greedy pricing.

Pay 2 Win sidegrades are the only thing why i didnt back this project already, I am sure I am not the only one, please rethink your pricing model Miguel :)

Brother Grotar, we are on it. Hence why we did not put yet a checkout to the Rogue Trader Store which will be updated by end of November with a new approach which included our Founders comments.

I I agree that pay walls are a bad thing, but I'm not sure how you keep true to the 40k lore without it. The point here is that every free player is a basic Orc. By lore, something like a space marine is = to dozens if not thousands of these orcs. He'll, Marneus Calgar of the Ultra Marines held off over 10k by himself.

A pay wall could help keep this lore side intact. F2p players are more numerous as they don't want to pay, so while there'd are hundreds is them, there is only a squad of marines to defend, as those players had to invest money. In exchange, those marines get the best armor and weapons in the universe...but overwhelming odds are still overwhelming. Marines DO still die to vaunts and Orc boyz.

The trick, while I dislike pay wall....how do u keep this formula...so not all races are equal....that's just 40k blasphemy.

F2P orks are not the problem. ''Sidegrade'' weapons that are in certain situations superior to standard weapons and are reserved for founders only are problem.

You completely missed the point. Also  this is video game certain things have to be changed in order for game to be playable.

Games Workshop had no problem with blasphemy that Dark Millenium and WAR were doing with lore. I see no problems with lore so far in Eternal Crusade.

Seems you are not familiar with the game very much so your comment is blasphemy when it comes to MMO mechanics.

sidegrades that are "superior in certain situations"?? Are you fucking kidding me? How much of an entitled little shit could you possibly be? Maybe once in a hundred times during the hectic fray of a shooter have you noticed that you could've done better with a slightly higher damage but slower rof sidegrade? Honestly. Get a freaking grip.

Companies need to make money and you monkey whiners will grab at anything, ANYTHING to complain about.

Well I wonder if you even have a clue how online shooters work, take any shooter CS:GO,

Planetside 2, Quake, any COD and give people who are founders ( preorder ) weapons that are superior in close combat than the one that regular buyers can obtain.

Imagine CS:GO where ''only founders'' get AK-47 that deal more dmg or are more accurate or Quake where some ppl have access to rocket launcher while others can use only plasma gun.

Or in Planetside 2 where only certain ppl can spawn harassers and others can only spawn lightnings.

Give me example of one, just one successful fps where companies sell ''more powerful'' weapons and that are not obtainable in game. You cant, coz there is none for a good reason.

Your 2 posts are filled with insults and absolute 0 knowledge on how online shooter pricing and gameplay should work.

Even Miguel acknowledged that this is the problem and they are working on a solution.
