Star Wars: The Old Republic: Revanite Lore Revealed

A new in-character lore post has cropped up on the Star Wars: The Old Republic site that gives players some background information about the Revanites and how they came into their current state of existence. Revan and his followers will feature prominently in the forthcoming Shadow of Revan expansion set to be released before the end of the year.
I first learned of the Order of Revan when a sleeper asset stationed on Dromund Kaas was approached to become one of their adherents. The order was presented to asset I-29 as a group of like-minded Imperial activists looking to reshape the Empire from within so they could impose their particular ideals throughout the galaxy. Their hope was that I-29, who was then posing as caretaker of a prominent Sith Lord’s estate, would be able to provide intelligence.
Naturally, I instructed I-29 to accept.I-29 proved herself useful to the Revanites--just useful enough to remain in their good graces--and under my guidance she mapped out the composition of their organization. I ultimately found them to be a poorly structured and ill-resourced cult. Interesting, but without potential. I decided to have I-29 fake her death for reassignment offworld. I would hear rumblings every now and then about the order after that, but none of it would have led me to believe what I believe now.

What´s your point?, this is Star wars and The Old Republic, they have an insane amount of information to work from the Lore, history and books, like this timeline as an example http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Timeline_of_galactic_history . Talking about Revan = Lich king is just............(you get the point).

If they want all these players to comeback, they need to give 3 options of play.
Think of this like COH SWTOR now. Heroes, Villains, and the Praetorians.
No you are the one who is not getting the point. lore, history, timeline none of those shits matter, eaware written a story and players are playing that story, in that story players are not allowed to align themselves with revan, just like in wotlk players were not allowed to align with lich king or in mop players were not allowed to help garrosh conquer azeroth. these are themepark story driven games and players have to abide by the story. it is as simple as that, even a nutless monkey could understand it.
