As a leader of Dragoons, I would like to personally welcome you all to our official recruitment thread! Dragoons started off in early alpha and with time evolved as one of the main forces behind the Western faction. Our guild consists of many experienced alpha and beta players that has driven the guild to be one of the recognised guilds server wide.

Our Mission

The guild emerged for one reason only! And that is to provide a relaxed yet organised atmosphere for mature players! Our mission is to be one of the most organised group of players that are able to explore the game to its full potential and be feared by our east side counterparts in the same time! We believe to have successful experience in Archeage there is clear need for structure and communication which can be achieved in smaller groups more efficiently!

What are Squads?

Squads are groups of players who regularly play together and share common goals. This means that some squads may focus on PVP and gearing, while some may focus on completing trade runs and farming, or crafting.

Why use Squads?

Since release, the guild has grown in size exponentially, and now sits near the 300 members. As such, it can be difficult for the guild as a whole to satisfy the goals of so many individual members. Breaking the guild into sub divisions allows members to achieve their personal goals, while remaining a part of a larger body, which can achieve larger goals.

Having multiple squads, with members familiar with each other, will also simplify guild structure when organising raids.

Dragoons Mentality

In Dragoons we believe we are family. As such we work together to achieve our goals. We are frontline and we never give up! We take PvP serious but that doesn’t mean we don’t know how to have fun in same time. May it be swarming enemy galleon with hundreds of rowboats, throwing massive mirage island parties that crashes server or driving enemy clippers with galleons into kraken, just because we can.

REWARD SYSTEM FOR ALL SQUADS(DKP)

As a Guild we strongly believe that it is necessary to reward members for attending specific guild events! This is what makes us different from other guilds! After countless hours and spreadsheets we have developed our own reward system which rewards squads and gives chance to gain raid bosses loot and other items!

RECRUITMENT

As of right now we are looking for active, mature, dedicated members. We would prefer that you come with some experience in pvp however it is not necessary since most information you will need will be provided and we have lot of experienced squad leads that will lead you in battle!

* You must be 18 +
* A team player ( willing to adjust to different builds, contribute to pool of resources, work as unit)
* Active and skilled or willing to learn!
* Passionate players!
* You must enjoy PvP or be absolutely addicted to it!
* A good sense of humour and not rage when s*** goes south
* You must have Mic and be on Teamspeak

We don't want:

* Players who solo/craft, only here for their own interest
* Players who do not PvP
* Greedy Players that work for their own interest

GUIDELINES

We are relaxed guild, nevertheless we do have some strict guidelines/ policies. We expect every member to log into Teamspeak the moment they play the Archeage. We are community and as such voice communication provides us with the most efficient and quickest way of communicating with each other. Which in turn allows us to react to situations quickly and swiftly! Saying that we do understand you have wifes, children, and other things going on but everyone is able to use headphones!
