Vehicle Sandbox Battle Game?

I want a game where you can fully customize a vehicle, then battle it out with other players like a MOBA Sandbox. I can pay money, it just has to be good.

I think he was asking for something that looks more like the game in your signature... you know, except one with physics and actual modifications... and combat, I guess.
Robocraft is awesome for what it is, there's a reason I've spent as much in the game as I have. I'm just saying that there's room for something somewhere between The Crew, Forza, and Robocraft, and I think that's what he's asking for. (And, no, it doesn't exist yet.)
