the last i heard they was on the final push. They wanted to put it on steam by the end of Oct but my guess would be next month

As I understand it, they are first going to push the alpha to Steam. There will then be a bit more time until the game goes gold.

My estimate is end of the year for Alpha on Steam, and then April-May of 2015 for gold.

They say the game was to launch Oct 2014. Being as it is now November, they didn't make it, but perhaps release is close.

Perhaps what they meant to state was October 2015.

ETA was 4 months ago for early access, since then, not a peep.

The Oct 2014 date was for early access on Steam, which they obviously missed. I think they'll get to an early access date on Steam before Christmas.

The question after that is, when will it go Gold, after that. I think Spring 2015.

I am not sure I can stomach another Alpha.

This game sounds great but I fear it will be seriously lacking in depth....

I'm now hearing that release has been pushed back to summer next year, and that the game will be featured at E3 2015. Not sure what that means for Alpha, or if they will even have one, tbh.

They have been REALLY quiet about this game for a few months now. While I don't think its vaperware, I image it is getting some type of overhaul or reworking. Not sure what we will see when this game eventually does go gold next summer.
