Has there ever been an MMORPG set in Korea

Hey guys, I'm a new user and I joined this site because it seems to have a lot of info and knowledgable people.

I was wondering if there is an mmorpg with the location in Korea, specifically something more medieval like Joseon era. Stuff that looks like this. If there are any mmorpgs with Korean elements, please let me know.

Your best bet would be Nexus: The Kingdom of the Winds -- it's set in the three-states period of Korean history. Be warned the game is old, being one of the first graphical MMO's, and highly addictive. Still, you might have fun there. Go track down some Muses and say hi. ^^

Think there aren't many because Korea has never seen the same turmoil Europe has seen, dynasties ruled the country for often centuries, or it was ruled by other nations.

Thank you telling me. I saw a video of the gameplay and I am not sure if I could fully play through this game, it just seems to be too old for me. But its a decent back up.

Yeah I think that might something to do with it. I just wish Koreans would make a bigger effort to make games with Korean elements rather than another generic European looking mmo.
