Pve leveling question

I like to level in mmo's and I'm wondering how is the challenge of outdoor pve leveling? To those that played Vanilla Wow and I was to give it a 5 on a 1 to 10 scale what would you rate ESO outdoor pve leveling?
Another question is how is the crafting as you level?

It's probably about as fast as classic wow was ( once you reach Vet levels it gets slower and mobs are tougher and hit harder, but the new patch has changed vet levels some what and still need to see by how much )
The crafting is better as it keeps inline with your level better and you don't have to make the huge amount of trash to grind out crafting, you get crafting xp mostly by breaking down gear for mats.
I skipped WoW (I was too into MUDs at the time WoW came out to bother with it) so I can't answer your question comparing it to WoW.
For crafting, you don' t use crafting as a means to gain XP since crafting uses its own inspiration system that's separate from XP. I did work on all my crafts as I leveled up rather than waiting till max level to begin crafting if that's what you were asking. It took me a few months to get all my crafting up to max level.
