Working on the initial portion of stealing. Merchants beware!

Can now steal from merchants, working on the consequences.

    Some basic consequences in place like death and loss of reputation. As well as a few slightly more insidious ones.

     

    Really would like to have them cut off hands if caught and have the player run around having to head butt people.

     

    That'll have to be way later though.
