Anyone new looking to play Archeage aka Hackage might find this link helpful if you don't want to waste your time with a game riddled with cheaters, hacks and incompetent management.

    What I dont get is that this game was released for what, a year, before it was released in the West and they still have all these technical issues? One would think they would have worked those out already.

    I don't even like this game but I doubt even 10% of the posters there quit playing or cancelled their subscriptions, this is a common reaction from people who are mad about one thing or another.

    I couldn't name a game I've played that hasn't had something similar happen.

    In fact if you browse the WoW forums often almost every patch they release you'll find a thread capped out at 25 pages saying that they're quitting and that the game sucks.

    When all is said and done, more is always said than done.

    Typical MMO gamer temper tantrum.  Of course they will continue to play.  No just launched MMO is without similar issues.  Give AA and Trion some time and this all will be a distant memory that few even believed exited at one time. 

     

    As for the game itself......I dislike the game and already knew prior to launch.

    Sure, I uninstalled the game today, but I had quit playing a week or two ago when I realized how empty of purpose and unoriginal it actually was.. silly korean grinder that it was.
