Need a little help.

in Final Fantasy XIV

I can't for the life for me find out how you 'get' 'unlock' whatever the term...the new rogue/ninja class. I bought digital download and just resubbed. But when I make a new character the rogue class is not there to select.

What am I doing wrong? Its fully updated/patched, I've looked all over the website...not sure what I need to do?

    For a new account you cant start with rogue right away. You need to have a class lvl 10 first then you can pick whatever you want.. Since you need pugilist to lvl15 to unlock ninja i would recommend starting with that first since you will need it anyway.

      Havent Played FFXIV in maybe 9 months or so , but i think you will need to unlock it thru a quest at about lvl 30

    you have to be lvl 10 in another class to become a rogue, the guildhouse is in limsa lominsia or however that's spelled.  for ninja you also need puglist at 15 as well as 30 rogue so that's what I'd start with.
