    When I left the game it was a big P2W game. Meaning you had to buy stuff from the CS to even be competitive. Also above a certain level, the game is open PvP.

    from what i know..they removed the runes from cash shop amongst other stuff..so its nott p2w anymore..its more of a convinience shop..makes ur life a bit easier
