Earlier this week, WildStar’s Drop 3 finally hit live servers. It’s been three long months, but the Mysteries of the Genesis Prime are now open for us to explore. For many of us, the release marks the start of Carbine’s road to recovery. But does this latest update really tick all the boxes?

its a nice drop. iam looking forward to drop 4 (itemization)
and drop5 (vet shiphands more solo content)
ive lost all hop for pvp in this game. so dosent need mentioning.
I previously suggested that the arrival of Drop 3 would probably be an ideal opportunity to entice newcomers to try out WildStar for the first time, or to encourage former players to return.
Really? It would be the ideal time to return/try it out two days before WoD? Like, that timing is just about as bad as it gets for Carbine. Their decision to release it then is horrid. I mean, they got it out the door when they could, but it would have almost been better for them to hold off until the beginning of December when they're not right up against the biggest MMO-related launch of the year and can hopefully pull in some of the early quitters from WoD.
The date on that article was Sept 4th, back when they were still mooting early Nov/late Oct for the patch. Currently? Heck no
Currently playing: WildStar, Guild Wars 2, EVE Online, Vain Glory.
This Content Drop is buggy and all jacked up, everything from the housing decor in the AH not reading out, to the resources nodes not dropping the proper materials, and to the seating on chairs and benches being backwards.
Keep in mind they used the excuse for content delays to refine and prevent buggy content. Here it is, late delayed content and surprise... it's full of bugs. Yes totally worth missing Halloween and Christmas content for.
