stuck on loading screen

in World of Warcraft
ok so i got kicked at 3:30 pm finally got past the que at 7:30 pm, now im stcuk at 90% on loading screen been 15 mins....anyone know a fix?

    A lot of players are having this issue, their customer support forum was getting a bunch of posts about this.  Still no solution unfortunately.
