Require a casual game that runs on a toaster

CirreelCirreel Member Posts: 1

My toaster isn't warm enough to run most MMOs these days, and I've yet to obtain a new one. This being said, my boredom is reaching dangerous levels. Need something to goof around in, preferably something with numerous class types.

Basically maplestory's feel, but not maplestory. I already know about maplestory. I'm just curious if there's anything else out there, since it's hard to wade through all these HIGH DEF OPEN WORLD SANDBOX type things without getting sorta discouraged.

Anybody got any ideas?

When you say "Maplestory's feel", do you mean that you're specifically looking for a 2-D sidescroller, or would you consider other game types?

I have to throw WoW out there. Even with the graphics update, it still runs smooth on high settings on my laptop which isn't for gaming and is 6 years old.

Wakfu. It`s has sandbox elements with no themepark questing, something closer to old gen mmos ala Ragnarok Online. Its cartoonish/2d as well, so any toaster can run it.

If you have steam, you can download it directly through steam or manually from their official website.

As of now, theres 2 different version, APAC(asia Pacific) and NA/Int

Toribash...lol. Not an mmo, but it will run on anything.

Grand Chase is like Maple Story, though. I think.

I'll add a second vote for Wakfu. If you're familiar with Maple Story you'll be right at home, and it's a very underrated game.

I would suggest Ulitma online, or if you want free to play everquest.
