The Koreans have a graphical style that is quite amazing. They seem to have problems when it comes to actual gameplay though.
Hard to say if many studios will be interested in taking the time to westernize it after the disaster Trion has had with ArchAge.
Well this and Black Desert Online are still on my watch list from the East, now that ArcheAge has been taken off. Even though there's some indie sandbox, rvr, West games in production there's no AAA titles to rival these two in the next few years (at least announced). I dislike the Asian graphic style though, but after Aion, Tera, AA, GW2, etc. I've learned to just look past it.
Hoping Pathfinder Online, Gloria Victis, Life is Feudal, or Camelot Unchained come to something in the West in the next few years, my bets are on CU. Atm I'll settle for ESO rvr, even though it's lacking a lot.

a reminder :
the game is pretty old and barely made it due financial issues. Wich only means that beside the graphics its gona be a very old fashioned game- and the gameplay in other vids they showed so far proves what most of you already realized: its a heavy korean grinder with very view skills per class.
ITs a pretty game for the trashcan.
Why so many negative comments? This game looks promising so I'm keeping an eye on it. They're still very much in development so we'll see what the end product looks like. I'm curious to see some of the footage from this next CB and what changes/additions they've made. Here's Steparu's review from CB1 back in February. Regarding the combat it doesn't seem old fashioned, it seems like every other new game out lately - hybrid of sorts. An assist targeting thing like Blade and Soul with a limited action set like so many other games, forcing you to choose what skills to put on your bar, also has combos apparently and manual dodge/block - I'm wondering if it'll be closer to BnS/GW2 in gameplay once they refine it all. Hopefully they've made good improvements to the game over the past few months - this is what testing is for, is making sure a game is updated with things players like.

You know why the combat in the trailer looks good? Because there aren't one million rainbow explosions with each hit.
Unfortunately, the gameplay doesn't look like that. The rainbow vomit explosions are there, like in all eastern games.

If it was not for Asian mmos I would not have anything to look forward. Western mmos are in a much worse shape imo. Everquest Next looks bland but because of the name I am still hopeful. Nonthing else western that I can even think of.
