Turn-based tactical RPG Mordheim: City of the Damned is offering early accessors a 20% discount this week. Developer Rogue Factor is hoping too that players taking advantage of the discount will contribute their feedback through SteamHub and Mordheim's official forum.
Two Warbands are currently available: Human Mercenaries and Skaven from Clan Eshin, as are two procedural maps and two classic deathmatch maps.
For more information about early access to Mordheim: City of the Damned, visit the game's official website.

"EVE is likely the best MMORPG that you've never really understood or played" - Kyleran
Mordheim Eshin have always had Ogres.
The entire point of Skaven society is that they'll use every single means to accomplish their goal. Skryre will use plagues. Moulder will use Warp Technology. Eshin will use Ogres and Pestilens will use Assassins.
Nothing is sacred, except for the Horned Rat.

I'm fully aware what each clan does. I've been a Skaven player for over a dozen years now.
What I'm saying is that every single one of those clans will do whatever it takes to win and get ahead.
Skryre will use plagues, Moulder will use Warp Technology, Eshin will use Ogres and Pestilens will use Assassins.
They've got their specializations but they've absolutely no objections using whatever the heck would get them ahead. There's no rule saying Eshin can't or won't use plagues, tech or mutated animals. They have, they do and they will.
They're rats. They've no morals or principals whatsoever when it comes to doing things the 'right' way.
If black leather thigh-high boots are what it takes then clan Eshin will dance for you. Whatever gets them ahead.
We are the bunny.
Resistance is futile.

The game does look really good, but my backlog has grown to ridiculous proportions. I've got games purchased six months ago which I haven't even touched yet, as well as a couple of games through Kickstarter which should be entering early access in the next month or two.
Will probably pick this up on sale next year, but I'll definitely be keeping an eye on it in the meantime.
AN' DERE AIN'T NO SUCH FING AS ENUFF DAKKA, YA GROT! Enuff'z more than ya got an' less than too much an' there ain't no such fing as too much dakka. Say dere is, and me Squiggoff'z eatin' tonight!
We are born of the blood. Made men by the blood. Undone by the blood. Our eyes are yet to open. FEAR THE OLD BLOOD.

Its very faithful simulation of actual miniature game with two interesting changes.
1. You move characters from 3rd person perspective. Which is quite cool in Mordheim setting with lot of hiding spots and obstacles. Plus I never seen this in any other tactic game.
2. Characters move in initiative order and not warband after warband. This is only real rule change. And it was done so you dont have to wait ages in multiplayer for other player to move entire warband.
In early access right now you have 2 warbands : Skaven and Human Mercenaries. ( Chaos and Sisters of Sigmar planned for full game) You can play random maps against AI or players. And you can not customize your warband. Also loading times are fairly long.
Other than this it feels like full game allready
