  Game #4166: Juliet
  Description:

  Juliet is an open alpha game. It will be the largest one we have run; there is space for 529 players. To reduce the number of people who sign up, find the game is not what they expected, and drop out, Juliet will accept no signup from anyone who has not completed at least one solo.

  The first tick will take place on Wednesday, Feb. 8 at 10pm CST (GMT -6). The game will run for a total of 20 turns. The last tick will run at 10pm on Monday, Feb. 27.

  Features of this scenario:

  * All players will be Mah-Tog.
  * The economy will be in effect.
  * The objective will be Population, not worlds controlled. At the end of 20 turns, the galaxy will vote democratically for Emperor, and each of your people will get one vote - so the player with the most population will win.
  * If any player misses two ticks in a row during (at least) the first half of the game, he will be assumed to have quit, and his homeworld will be imploded to prevent its being a rich, easy capture for a neighbor.

  Several unit stats were changed for the blitz game Ecofreak, and Juliet will start with these same changes. A discussion of these unit stat changes can be found HERE . There were no changes to racial setups.
