Hi all,
Im almost done with my free month and no longer want to play, but I dont have my playonline ID since it is saved as ***** and now I cant cancel my content ID. I have sent 2 emails to their support and heard nothing. If this keeps up, I guess I can look forward to a lifetime of monthly payments for a game I wont be playing. Anyone have any ideas of who to contact or something I'm doing wrong? I will call their phone support sometime this week. Thanks in advance
