Dynamic content

Will there ever be dynamic comtent, like in GW2 or rift in the open world zones?

I think this would make the world even better...

If by dynamic content you mean - based on a general post you made - content that adapts to party size I would say either no or not soon. My reasoning being that it took Blizzard a good chunk of time to "flex" some of their raids - I don't  think they have done them all either. So - simple assumption - Zenimax are no better / no worse than Blizzard suggests that it won't be quick. And presumably if they are spending time on making existing content dynamic there will bee less resource working on new content. Just my guess though.

Lets worry about them adding their planned features first such as Champion, Justice, Dark Brotherhood and Thieves' Guild systems first.  Once, and if those get put into place, then the dynamic events like what the big boys are doing will probably be much easier.

There already are the dark anchors and a series of small encounters in the game - e.g. bandits, sorcerors with summons that go wrong, mini-anchors.  It'd be straightforward to expand them - but, for the record, they absolutely exist already.

Pretty much what this one said.

I don't see any reason why those things wouldn't be expanded on in time.

This is one of the most surprising things about Cyrodiil. About a week ago I ran across two NPC digging what looked like a grave. I stopped. They told me to go away. I decided to help them dig. They went nuts and attack me. I killed them turns out they were digging up treasure. A chest appeared. I had to pick the lock before any of the enemy faction saw me. I ended up getting some gold and a nice piece of gear. This is after 8 months in the place.

I stumbled across a tavern before and spoke with the NPC about his Nirnroot wine and how special and secret his recipe was. About a month later I found another tavern on the other side of Cyrodiil. Don't you know this guy said something about the other guy, asked if he sent me and told me that first guy stole his recipe.

One of things not like RIFT and GW2 "Dynamic" events, but these things are all over the place.

You can find some curios in Cyrodiil, if all you do is PvP you might think that's all there is to it. But if you do some questing or try to get all the shards that's when you bump into things.
