When the champion system arives with patch6, and the veteran zone difference dissapear, how much gear progression will there be? will there still be some vertical gear progression, or will it be a horizontal progression with people continously in nead of new gear because of their everchanging specs...
In my ideal world a great game has atleast these 3 major kinds of progression, Character (skills), Story and Gear.. the first 2 seem to better covered then in any other MMO.... but with the removal of continously leveling, what is going to happen to gear progression?

It was allready there mate, the veteran rank system was the eternal gear progression, with another rank atleast every 2 months..
it will be killed with update 6, no more veteran ranks, and so no more gear progression, or will there be an ilvl type of gear progresiion?
