Can't remember the name of an MMORPG I played 2003-2006. Help me find it please!!!

I am trying to find the name of an MMORPG game I played back in 2003-2006. It was a quite simple RPG game, with mostly 2D structure. I remember there was a big bear in a forest, called momma bear or something similar and she had a smaller bear next to her and there was a quest to kill them, quite tough quest and you needed some levels to successfully finish this quest. I played as a soldier type with a big sword. I think momma bear had level 6-8 and I dont think I reached more than level 16-18 in this game. There were some items called contraband that we should collect in this game. In this game it was good to collect gold and silver lumps in underground tunnels and I think contraband also was found in these areas. I am not sure, but I think the abbreviation of the game was AO something, but I could not successfully find the game with this information.
There was one starting area, and then you walked through a forest and met momma bear and her small bear and then you came to the second area if you could pass the forest.
It was not very much I remember of the game, but when I think about it, I remember it was very fun and one of my first RPG's that I played.
Hopefully you can give me some suggestions as to which game it could be.

Are you perhaps talking about Astonia III ?
Story sounds identical to that game, god that game was so much fun.. brilliant even.
If i remember right the game used to be paid to play after a certain point, but that might've been before the time you played, theres free shards now ^^
