Sup guys, looking for a MMO to sort of suck my life away, especially after upgrading my PC with a i7-4790k and a GTX 970.
Used to be heavy into MMOs, starting from Runescape, all the way up to Guild Wars 2. And for some reason I have an urge to mention Darkfall as well.
When I look for a MMO I look for the following (in order of priority):
1) It must be modern. The MMO must have only just came out recently, two-three months ago at the most, if not coming out in the future / soon.
2) Have a rather enjoyable economy. Interpret this as you want, but so long as there's gathering of sorts, and a reason to acquire wealth, I'm happy.
3) Decent graphics or visuals. Got this new computer, I wanna reap the benefits!
4) PvP. Preferably hardcore stylized, so that death matters.
I've been looking into Elite: Dangerous, but it seems to be a very slow paced game with lots of "waiting" and travel time.
Black Desert and Star Citizen both come across as almost too perfect in regards to what I'm looking for, but at the same time, they're both slated for a release in 2016, so I have to fill the void with something else in the mean time.
Any suggestions are extremely appreciated.

Sorry OP, I can't think off any just released or upcoming game to meet your criteria. Archeage is a couple of years old even if it's only just released in the NA/EU. It's PvP focused but IMO it's best avoided (check out the AA forums here for reasons why).
ESO may be worth a punt. It just falls out of your criteria by being released earlier this year but PvP is a central part of the game and the graphics are quite good for a MMO.
Gonna stick a RIP on yet another players MMO aspirations.
The longer you have been into MMOs the bigger the problem; the MMOs, the playerbase and the revenue model are just are not up to it these days. Hope you find something all the same.
ESO matches pretty much all of your criteria. It did come out in April 2014 so it's fairly modern but that seems out of your criterion.
I highly do NOT recommend ArcheAge.
I really appreciate the responses, even though nothing but ESO was particularly suggested. I accept and understand this though, as it seems nothing of the sort is really out yet, and won't be for some time.
Guess I'll have to put aside the MMO genre for the time being and stick with others. Perhaps it's for the best too, I tend to get a little too addicted to MMOs.
A lot of my friends were talking about and hyped up for Archeage, so I'll look into it to see what issues it has, and to determine if I can overlook them (based off of your feedback I likely won't be able to).
