Im looking for a new mmo but not sure if this is for me or not.
Is the game 1 single server like eve?
How is the pvp? ( what are the pros and cons of winning or losing?)
How is the crafting, is it meaningful at all?
How is the population of the game, is it a ghost town or is there a lot of people?

AFAIK, One server per region (i.e. NA, EU, etc)

PvP can be started at level 10. But you'll pretty much get spanked low level. It's confined to Cyrodil right now but with the 1.6 update and the justice system I think you'll find it becomes more natural.
How is the crafting, is it meaningful at all?
Low level crafting is ok. High levels it becomes great. No auction house means you tend to use all your guild spots in "vending" guilds. I like the crafting personally. My level 12 toon does everything though I'm running out of space so I'm considering dropping Provisioning (Cooking). Your bank account is shared space amongst all toons.... (I consider this last part a negative)

A surprising number of people. I expected to come back (just resubbed a week or two ago) to a ghost town. Towns are lively, guilds represent, lots of chat (both good and bad) in zone. The dungeons I've entered have 1 maybe 2 other people in them and people have tended to team up to whip through them.
thanks, just 1 more questions, I have a account form beta it seems but I may of accidentaly blocked there email.
When requesting a new password whats the address they send with?
Yes single server/mega server. You pick EU or NA.
8 months later and hundreds of hours played, last night I typed "Aaan this is why ESO is epic" after a 20 minute push over and down hills, through a mile gate and to the enemy keep. Then the siege began. Battles can be huge small group or solo if you choose. I play solo in and around the large groups.
At the end of campaigns you get rewards based on your individual rank and you alliance rank.
You can craft the best gear in game. level cap gear in ESO is the same power level. Just flavor and quality.
People are everywhere. Pvp and pve worlds are growing. I see so many new names everyday.
Games is very Healthy as far as population and it is growing currently.
Crafting is absolutely sick IMO. There are crafting patterns and styles that are super rare and you can recycle alrdy made gear to get mats. Also end game you can craft bis gear.
Community is large, but also it seems to be a much more mature playerbase IMO. I don't see alot of trolling or jerks in chat at all. PPL tend to be very helpful in most cases.
Srry I do not pvp but I do know that everyone I know that does loves it.
It is a very immersive game as well. Leveling is not to fast so you blow though it, and not to slow where it feels like you are accomplishing nothing, to me it is just the right balance.
This is all my personal opinions.
I miss the massive in MMO.
I didnt feel it very instanced I spend 5 hours to do 40 % of quest on a map I got tired and loged off until I want to play again .
its no wow open world al maps are instanced by they are quite big .
Also when you net to gate to next map there is no teleport you see houses trees on th other side you travel throw it and after loading you continue to play .
It cost only 19 $ .. dont be that cheap
I really want to try it, but I am pretty damn cheap as well. I really, really wish this game had a trial at least.
I remember how excited I was when the game was first announced it was like my dream come true. If I still had my gaming PC at the time it was released I most assuredly would have pre-ordered and played it right away, but after all the negative reviews since launch (even though people on this site have been buzzing about it lately which has piqued my interested) it's still hard to justify spending 20 bucks on a game that might be terrible. I already waste enough money on games that people say are amazing that I end up not caring for =P
I really should just buy it since it's on sale, but dang can a girl get a refer a friend or some kind of trial smh.
