Quite funny that some shooters with barely upgradeable weapons are considered "RPGs to watch in 2015" and there's no mention of great, true RPGs like Torment: Tides of Numenera or Blackguards 2.
I sure hope the number in which they were listed doesn't mean their importance or ranking, because listing Pillars of Eternity as 18 under all that bunch of fake RPGs would have me write to the site's staff to kindly replace the RPG ignorant person that made this list.
My opinion is my own. I respect all other opinions and views equally, but keep in mind that my opinion will always be the best for me. That's why it's my opinion.

Uh Blackguards 2 is right after Pillars of eternity.

I considered that since I'm looking forward to it too. Do you really think it's an RPG? I've included action-RPGs here because they include character progression but Zelda... that's more item progression (and hearts). Zelda was definitely one I sat on and ultimately decided to leave off, but it was a tough call.

Blackguards 2 is number 19, and thank you for adding Planescape. That's definitely one to look forward to.
This list is not ordered by importance :-)

Good to see you guys again. Had a good Christmas I hope?
Persona is a unique beast that’s proven to be a hit with Eastern and Western audiences alike. The game will continue the high school dramas of the previous games in the series but the teaser – “You are a slave. Want emancipation?” – leads us to believe that P5 will take on a different, darker tone, perhaps even outside of your nighttime, evil fighting adventures."
Its the bolded part that makes this painfully difficult to take seriously. If you can say that with a straight face, then it becomes clear someone hasn't played more than a couple hours of Persona 3; just long enough to do one fight, hear the peppy (great) music in the game, then write it off and walk away.
The Persona games are dark. The Shin Megami games are dark, but I'm not touching on that for a moment. Games where children are dying in a burning building (you save them, of course but death is implied as failing to rescue them results in a game over) and god knows the many more examples I could bring up along with it. Even the side games, like P4 Arena, get pretty darn dark with its imagery.
"You are a slave. Want emancipation" only leads YOU to believe that. Everyone who is actually familiar with the games already knows its going to have dark tones in the game.

More than likely that its a game you might be able to play after playing Elder Scrolls 7, and waiting on them to finish Elder Scrolls 8
