MMORPG pre-order comp winners?

Hey there, I was one of the lucky winners of The Chronicle pre order competition all those months ago, since i won it i have heard absolutly nothing about what to do and how to access whatever special features you gain as a pre-order customer. I signed upto the official Chronicle forums and i heard that i had to send an e-mail to someone, which i remember i did actually send one to Nathan? i think thats the correct person, this was supposedly ment to get me access to the beta site, but it never did.
I was just hoping that someone could help me out here, as i have no clue whats going on with it and i also cant remember all the details of the competition as i have recently cleaned up my computer.
