Title, I'm not too picky if the graphics are anime or otherwise, just looking for a sort of midevil atmosphere. Low comp spec requirements a bonus. Also I'm not much for pvp, so mandatory pvp environments not really preferred.
Ashen Empires! Easy to run on computers, there are 2 servers, legends for PvE, and Heroes for PvP. If you want PvE then this game will be for you. Older graphics, but content is next to none, quests, skills, sailing, fishing, fishing while sailing, cooking, bows and thrown weapons, swords and hand to hand combat! Highly recommended!

Other then them, I would say GW1 most anything can run that, if there still people playing it.
