So, this is not a post to gripe about the game, I actually like it.
What I do not care for is SOEs forcing people to use reddit and twitter to ask questions about the game. Or to report issues they have in game.
Twitter and Reddit are so effing not easy to use when trying to find information.
I have seen scores of posts closed by mods with them stating "go to Reddit to talk".
Ok, I think I am done. It would just be WAY easier to have an official forum for everyone to collaborate than to use reddit, oh which has a posting timer of 10 minutes. I dont see the value in it.
That is all.

Just general chat and stuff is on reddit.. got no issues with that really.
And all bugs, suggestions, and anything else not related to account and patcher issues.
It is a lazy move on their part as they have the web space.... Forums are free. Mostly cause they already partially exist, they are choosing not to use it and forcing players to use reddit and Twitter to communicate.
I don't like being forced.
Reddit and their sub-Reddits are by far the best place to talk about anything related to the topic you want. It took me several years but I finally all but quit using sites like this or other official forums because Reddit does is 10X better.
Sandbox means open world, non-linear gaming PERIOD!
Subscription Gaming, especially MMO gaming is a Cash grab bigger then the most P2W cash shop!
Bring Back Exploration and lengthy progression times. RPG's have always been about the Journey not the destination!!!
And yet here you are with nearly full 5 stars.
You are not being forced to do anything .. if you dont like it that much then dont use reddit and the bug tacker.
Well I entirely disagree with what I saved from your OP.
Twitter and Reddit are VERY EASY to search through and find the answers to the questions you are looking for, they already have an established community FOR the game in question, why would the Devs NOT take advantage of such an amazing situation?
A 10 minute posting timer is very reasonable, and most sites have similar restrictions.
A lot of game companies have been doing this over the past 10 years, this is really standard practice, and the reason is clear. It's easier for EVERYONE involved.
