The game is being rebranded as eso unlimited and being sold for alot more, $90NZ in my case, where as the box/code can be picked up now for less than a third of that $25-30. If you have an interest in playing the game buy it now. There are also supposed to be some carryover benefits for subscribers before the transition though i am unsure of what they are.
I am quite enjoying the game even though I have just started. Quests seem quite engaging, very scenic, dodging and blocking in combat, able to make choices to customise your spells and abilities over time. Fairly good first impression.
I am enjoying myself I must say. Good quests and although the game is solo a lot until may be a public dungeon it is still a good game. I guess flush with my victory against Gutsripper I am quite jubilant and looking forward to more challenging fights. Buy it, it is stable and I have not come across (touch wood) any bugs and it is worth the box price.
I bought in Amazon for like 10 pounds I hear other places are selling it cheaper so grab it now before the price goes up for the B2P .It won't be cheaper when it becomes B2P for obvious reasons.
Hmm the retailers I use all seem to be out of stock of the cd keys. I think retailers don't stock the keys per se they contact zenimax for them. It may be that they are not being distributed anymore, only the rebranded version for $60US. I ordered mine on the day of b2p announcement. My suggestion is to buy the box and hurry.

I never thought i would play this game. I'm a huge fan of the single player games from way back to Daggerfall. I was against the whole mmo thing. But a couple of friends had been wearing me down and i got it for 20 bucks. Played the free 30 days and had fun but quit. So they make the change to B2P. My friends got all over me about that so i resubbed because you will get 1500 crowns a month for subbing before March 17 so i'm told.
I will say that play it and get to level 15. That's when you get your second weapon set and it makes a big difference. Because of the way you learn your skills which i have to say is really Brilliant in this game. Also mix and match your armor so you will train up each line. Now that it will be B2P every Elderscrolls fan i know which is around 23 of then have been texting me about it and can't wait for the 17th. All of them love TES but didn't want to pay a monthly sub. for a game. But they are willing to buy dlc when it comes out. Just like they did with the single player games. They feel like they would be just renting the dlc with a sub. We are all real life friend's and they want to form a guild. Lol they wanted to call the guild Dagoth ur but i told we couldn't do that. Most of them never played an mmo. This will be the first mmo where i know that many people playing it.

Be careful about buying any Ubisoft game keys from g2a, kinguin, ebay etc as Ubisoft is removing the games you used keys from these sellers from your library.
If I can find a good deal on the digital version I will probably get it, play the free month, and continue the rest when B2P starts. (honestly it's a waste of time and shipping to go and have a physical copy of an MMO shipped to me.) I kind of want to get the imperial version, although I have no good reason to get that since I probably will never play an imperial...but on the other hand I'd hate to have the option missing.

I always play MMO's with the same ppl and we are considering buying ESO before it goes B2P. I am just wondering about one thing, is there some kind of mentor system in this game?
So that we can group at all time without xp penalty, even though we are different lvl? We don't all have the same amount of time to play a MMO, so we usually end up having large differences in lvl. This is why we prefer games with some kind of mentoring system.
Have you bought from them before? Are they safe????
I just bought it from there for 12.49. They sent the code and I set up an account on the eso site and everything went well. I did it through paypal so that I didn't have to put in my own cc. But I'm downloading the game now with my 30 days.

Hmmm.... at that price it's tempting for a second mule account

Solid advice, but right now I am suspicious of Ubisoft with how they have been handling it. First Ubisoft was accusing G2A of revoking the keys - something G2A cannot do. Ubisoft was telling their customers to ask G2A why they were revoked. Now Ubisoft is taking the far more plausible stance that the keys were "fraudulently obtained" and then resold. I assume they mean stolen, but that is some double-speak right there. It is not only G2A keys they were banning, so if this was in fact a stolen bunch of keys, they have been resold through several different sites.
G2A has always been fast for me in the past and I have never had any issues with them. That being said, I would hold off on buying from them until their customer service stops getting flooded by people calling them about their Ubisoft keys. I have seen multiple people complain about slow and bad customer service in the past few days, while me and my friends earlier experiences were all good.
G2A said they are still investigating on their end, and if any keys were revoked by sellers on purchases made without G2A shield they will be refunded. Players with G2A shield should have been immediately offered a choice between refund and a new key. G2A Shield is a kind of "insurance" service that you can opt to buy when you buy on G2A.com - it is selected by default. It is crappy that such a thing is necessary, but when sites are reselling keys it does seem like it is a good idea.
For those wondering on the legality of G2A and similar sites, as far as I can tell it depends on where the keys are coming from - and the sites do not control that. The main idea is that anyone can buy region unlocked keys that are on sale in their region or available for comparatively cheaper in their region and then resell them for profit, which still turns out to far less than current prices for most items. The keys may of course have been stolen instead. The first type of transaction should be legal, the second should not (obviously).
The problem here is that it seems oddly suspicious that if keys were actually stolen, that they were on multiple sites and were also 100% (or nearly 100%) of keys sold. It seems like Ubisoft may be banning correctly purchased and then resold keys as well - from their viewpoint they are getting screwed out of money. Of course that is speculation on my part, maybe there really was a humongous mass key theft of Far Cry 4.
The other problem is how Ubisoft is handling it. If the keys were in fact stolen, it is incredibly obvious that the people using them now did in fact pay for them. They are punishing the paying customers in hopes of hurting the businesses like G2A enough that customers do not shop there, potentially giving Ubisoft more money. The sites like G2A are the only ones coming out as good guys in this, by actually trying to protect the customers at cost to themselves rather than being willing to hurt their customers in an attempt to get more money from them.
Not to go offtopic, just wanted to weigh in about where to purchase right now. If you are going to go with a key reseller then like I said above, I would not use G2A this time as their customer service is flooded atm. Otherwise my experience with them has been good. Amazon is selling the boxed version for $34 right now. Other keyresellers have it for much cheaper but I have not used them.
Good luck.
Edit: Just bought something cheap off G2A and received the code within ~3 mins, so no issue there. Problems may only be with actually calling customer service. I checked their ESO price though and it is actually about the same as the amazon box price.
It seems that the 14$ price is only for the US, since when I switch to Europe its 17euro. So is there going to be a problem buying the game for USD, considering my account information says that I'm frim Europe. Usualy the sites won't allow you to buy a game for the USD, but here I have no problem completing my order. Is it safe buying it from the US store? And will I be able to acces the EU megaserver in the game, if bought from the US store?

Same here, i bought to game from same seller last night. its only monthly subcriptiopn price for (full game+30 days game time), totally worth it imo.
I was lucky I just bought the game before it was announced that it will be going B2P soon. The price I paid is no longer that low. So far enjoying myself. Many of the issues that were there during beta have vanished and because of the megaserver the game is busy in fact I am a bit disgruntled on how my damn runes are being harvested just before I get there. Must run faster .
