Persona 5: Next Game in the Series Revealed in New Trailer

During a recent streaming event, Atlus showed off the next game in the iconic Persona series in the form of
Persona 5. Persona 5 is being developed for both the PlayStation 3 and the PlayStation 4. Atlus has indicated that Persona 5 will be available later this year. Check out the video and let us know what you think.

Huh. Given the (apparent) number of playable characters it would appear they've gone back to the Persona 1&2 model of being able to switch everyone's Personas, and not just the MC's. Might be a cool twist. But then again I cannot read Japanese, so...
Also: MC looks a suspicious lot like Pharos (the boy who represents the Death arcana) from P3. I wonder if that's intentional.
Also 2: WTB Digital Devil Saga 1&2 HD remakes for the PS4. And Shin Megami Tensei III Nocturne too. That would make me insta-buy a PS4.

I would also love more SMT games like Digital Devil Saga, Nocture, and the others. P5 will definitely do for now.

The trailer showed daytime gameplay and obligatory school stuff, showed how battles look as well as how they are handling the night-time (aka dungeon) gameplay.
1:04-1:20 Daytime exploration, school, and what I'm assuming will be their version of a meeting area ala Junes in Persona 4
1:34-1:37 brief menu glimpse including weapons. Looks like everyone might actually get two weapons. Main Character has the knife/sword thing as usual, but also a slot for guns. Everyone else in the trailer appears to get guns as well
1:43-1:50 Dungeon/night time. Enemies appear on the field, like before, though there definitely seems to be some more "platform" (if only light) as well as potentially a stealth mechanic. Overall it looks like they want to highlight how nimble the new characters are, which might tie a little into the broken ball and chain motif from before.
1:50-1:51 Shop. Looks like you might be calling up someone elsewhere to buy supplies.
1:57-1:58 Resident weapon shop guy. Less Persona 4, more Persona 3. Iwai Munehisa. Supports the idea everyone gets a normal weapon on top of a gun. Also has armor and accessories (3rd and 4th slots respectively)
2:00-2:10 All Out Attack? It definitely appears to be as such at the very least.
We know at least 4 characters as well. Your main character, obviously, a blonde-haired guy with a pipe, the woman in the catsuit, as well as what appears to be this game's "animal" companion, a cat whom I'm guessing turns into the small cat-like character running about.
See? Not that hard to pay attention, now is it?
