I admit the combat looks fun and the aesthetic is interesting, but I just can't get with the short dress, shades, and heels.
It looks like a tacky dress-up game with sci-fi + fantasy combat designed for the console.
The good thing is that maybe the item shop will focus on dress up instead of p2w, but I wouldn't count on it.
I can see why they're promoting the combat, and it really is interesting, but I'd rather the devs go out and actually show some "end-game" or "god-game" type of content. I've only seen 1 such video, and it was a veeeeeerry bad display of senseless developing, with people cheesing content if they have a high-level friend.
Starter-level content and combat will always be something relatively polished and good, but structured play is what most people want, be that PvP or group PvE.
And we've only seen 4 classes...they need to add WAY more in. I know they've said that they will, but I've already been tricked by Neverwinter with that crap. I am honestly expecting at least 6-7 classes at launch.
My SWTOR referral link for those wanting to give the game a try. (Newbies get a welcome package while returning players get a few account upgrades to help with their preferred status.)

I like tacky dress up games
But in all seriousness, you know as long as there's an element of choice with regards to aesthetic. As much as it's ridiculous to the point of comical how impractical certain outfits are in certain games *cough* tera *cough* blade n soul, being restricted to the realm of practicality also rubs me the wrong way,---- which is actually one of the best things about TSW for me. I hope they go the same route.
There are already 6 classes available in the beta of the 9 announced ones (Cyro, Paladin, Lightbringer, Berserker, Gunner, and Slayer) and Russian dataminers have found that there are an additional 5 classes in the works.
This looks amazingly soulless
Like someone trying to copy Korean F2P game for western audience. But not understanding either.
And that being under supervision of Obsidian and Nival ? Real shame for them.
Well at least the female model has huge tits and ass. That sells doesnt it ?
After playing the Russian beta this weekend I can say they already have about 9 classes. There's a skill calculator in game for all of the current classes but I didn't make a list. It's just that you have to "unlock" them so it's quite the grind. Although the combat is not that great. It's very much tab target.
Doesn't have healers actually but it desperately needs them. But the game is also heavily instanced. It feels more like a lobby game to be honest.
actually is closer to Tera than GW2, actually there isn't a single similarity with GW2...
They have already stated there will be 10 character classes. Look them up on youtube or their website and there are videos with more "information" than this. I was watching one last night that had three other classes I have not heard of or released officially to the public.
To all of the posters. If this is the only vid and information you have on the game, please look more into the game before you sound more uninformed than you already do. The only viable complaint I have seen is the dress, shades, and glasses.... that looks, bad.... but that is just personal opinion and can be looked past.
